- First step call the network operator and get the alternative message center number.
- Then Dial *#*#4636#*#*.
- Test Run Menu will appear,
- Select Phone Information.
- Scroll down for "SMSC". Add the new number and submit/refresh it.
- Then the problem must be resolved.
